    Golf is at the heart of Penha Longa, you can choose from any of the three courses that make up the Penha Longa Resort:

    • Atlantic Championship Course
      Par – 72, Length – 6,786 yards.

      Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. the course takes advantage of the steeply sloping terrain and provides excellent views of the surrounding landscape. Six of the holes are situated in the valley, whilst the other holes have been built on a hill to offer lovely views of the Sintra Hills. This fantastic course has hosted the Portuguese Open three times as well as the Estoril Open in 1999. Regularly ranked in the top five Portuguese courses this is a must play course

       

    • Atlantic South Course
      Par -72, Length – 2,829 yards

      The Atlantic South Course is a combination of the back 9 of the Atlantic Championship course and the formerly named Monastery course, built in 1995 on a former monastery. Golfers can enjoy the superb scenery which consists of the hills of Sintra in the background and a number of stunning lakes surrounding the course, all of which make the Atlantic South course a pleasure to play.

       

    • Atlantic North Course
      Par – 72, Length – 2,829 yards.

      The North Atlantic Course at Penha Longa is an excellent 18 hole track which combines the front 9 of the Atlantic Championship course and the formerly known Monastery course.
