Hotel Casa Palmela is located in the heart of Arrábida Natural Park, an idyllic spot 30 km south of Lisbon and 2 km from the sea.
A manor house, inserted in a property with more than 70 hectares whose history dates back to the seventeenth century and which has been in the Palmela family for about 200 years.

QUINTA DO PERU
With the Arrabida mountains as its backdrop, the Quinta do Peru Golf Course is a great test of golf for all levels of golfers. With its many trees and wild flowers this course was voted amongst the top 10 courses in Portugal in the biennial poll organised by the European Golf magazine. With its many trees and wild flowers, the course provides a varied start, for the first three holes.
AROEIRA
Only 25 km from Lisbon, located in a protected pine woodland and close to the coastal town of Caparica, Aroeira is a unique estate comprising of two 18-hole golf courses both situated in stunning surroundings. Aroeira I was affectionately christened the ‘Wentworth of Lisbon’ by the UK press whilst Aroeira II is longer, flatter with plenty of water and bunkers.

Designed by the North American golf architect Robert Trent Jones Senior, TROIA GOLF was elected in 2011 by Rolex as one of the best golf courses in the world, and is listed in The Rolex World’s Top 1,000 Golf Courses guide. Robert Trent Jones Senior selected hole 3 of Troia’s golf course as one of the best he has ever designed, and included it in his list of ideal 18-hole courses.
